  • Nuts of different kinds
  • Oats
  • Gluten free flour – almond a must plus Buckwheat is a good start
  • Honey
  • Maple Syrup
  • Dates
  • Cocounut Oil
  • Peanut Butter
  • Chilli flakes
  • Maldon sea salt
