- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 dl of walnuts
- Basil (a big fluffy pile cupped in your two hands)
- 1/2 dl olive oil
Blitz it all together with a mixer. The add the below to get a good consistency:
- 1/2 dl grated parmesan
- 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste!
Serve with Spiralized Courgette/Zucchini.
