Goodie bags and thank you!

Today I am making a lot of seed bread (frö kex). I have improved the recipe a little by adding some coconut oIMG_0630il as well as some poo fibre this time I am using quinoa flour instead of almond or coconut flour as well. I will update the original recipe to make sure it is the best it can be!  These are even better!!

The reason I am doing this is that on Wednesday Miss Dress launches in Sweden, I am making something yummy to go into their goody bags!  They are personal shopper with more than a twist! Albeit I am not feeling so super stylish right now they came round and went through my wardrobe after Little Miss M no. 1 was born. It was amIMG_0629azing like a great night out, massage and therapy rolled into one! I would highly recommend it (and they work within a budget so wether you have a beer or a champagne budget they can still ensure you look super stylish!

Second thanks goes to Gustaf at Snabbkopiering in Stockholm who printed me some nice postcards – fast efficient and able to handle a complete technical Muppet like myself!

Lastly thank you to Agneta and Sara two of my many very kind neighbours – ovens, bags etc much appreciated.  Now I think I may get some of the aggression of me burning my last batch out on the lawnmower!!!IMG_0627
