The Life of Milne food philosphy

I started eating differently in 2013 – now a few years later I am proud to say I have stuck to it!

80% of the time I eat very well – gluten free, low carb and refined sugar free food and snacks…

….20% of the time I don’t. But I no longer stress about it! I also try and always offer a dairy free alternative – happy eating!
