I love avocado and think I eat at least one a day… This was one of those fancy things they ate int he 80’s I can remember my parents having them – their shoulder pads touching in typical 80*s fashion!
Avocado and Prawns for 2
50 grams of stilton (or other blue cheese not sure if there is a dairy free alternative)
2 dl greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
Blitz this in a mixer and spoon into avocados and add ready peeled prawns!
